Awful Service.I bought a shirt from them but when it was received, it was too large (oversized fit).I returned my parcel a week ago (via tracked and signed for) for a refund and still awaiting a response from the company.I have sent several emails and instagram messages to no response.Raised with PayPal to recover funds.I was going to await the refund and buy a different shirt from the company butI would recommend avoiding this bunch of cowboys.

Unwelcoming, rude pretentious white men in their 30s working there who make the browsing potential shopping experience unpleasant by being obnoxious and loud which makes you feel like you’re in a pub as apposed to a store. Would recommend travelling 15 min up to Birmingham and checking skate / street wear stores there such as Size etc.

Fairly priced clothing and footwear. Quality pieces. I found some rare trainers that I didn't see in any other shop in town. Friendly staff. Quirky shop with decent stuff. I would recommend to anyone that's looking for fresh trainers or clothes that are new out.

Really disappointed in Kong. Ive been a regular customer for around 15 years, but the attitude of the staff the last few times i've been has been poor. Today I took time out of my busy work to go to Kong to buy a specific jacket, checked online and it says the shop is open until 5.45. When I turn up at 4.45, the shop is locked up and nobody answers the phone. After a few minutes, one of the staff nonchalantly walks up to the door shaking his head to say they're closed. I explained i'd paid for parking and would be happy to purchase the jacket on the website if they could then hand me the jacket whilst I waited outside. All he said was 'come back tomorrow'. Obviously I will not be coming back and paying parking again tomorrow. I don't know any other business that doesn't want to sell products to customers. The jacket I wanted is actually on sale at a couple of online stores, yet, I wanted to support Kong, as they are the only place in Coventry that stocks some of the brands that I wear and I feel its important to support local businesses. Its just a shame this local business doesn't want my money. I hope the management read this and speak with the staff, as they'll continue to lose customers if they continue with the 'not caring' attitude they have.

Came to the store on Saturday 19th of December at 4pm. Both website and sign on the door stated it was open till 5pm but the doors were locked. Lights were on and there were members of staff inside and one customer but they were clearly ignoring our efforts to see if we could come in. In the few minutes I was trying to get their attention at least 5 others couples / individual shoppers tried to enter the store but faced the same issue. Lost income completely deserved.

Always found something in here thats a bit different to JD/ foot asylum etc. good for a last minute dash if you’re local
