Busy little place. Very friendly and professional. Sent my trousers to be taken up and they were ready by the end of the day. No extra charge for rush jobs. Neat work too.

I was happy with the service i got curtains were dry cleaned only they came back really clean so yes i will take my curtains bake next time they need cleaning

I had a great experience at this place. I brought in a pair of jeans that had a straight cut fit, and I also brought in another pair of my own jeans that I wanted them to match the style and shape. They measured them and successfully replicated the fit for me, all for just £10 (cash) Despite a slight language barrier, they were still able to accurately understand my instructions. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their service.

These guys did a great job on my two wedding dresses for a really good price. Highly recommended. Very friendly service too.

Lovely family owned business who did a great job at fixing my backpack, where one of the arms was almost completely detached and the inside lining was ripped, and my jeans which had a big hole on the back pocket. All of this for about a tener! Lovely people, great service, and great quality. Definitely recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took in a dress for simple alterations and was told it would be done within a week. Called 9 days later to be told nothing had been done and I'll have to wait another week! Dress was needed for 2 days later! When I found somewhere else to take it a woman refused to give me back my dress and told me it would be done 3 days later. When I said no I want it back as somewhere else was going to do it within that day she couldn't find the dress as it was buried on the floor under many other customers dresses and suits and then still refused to give me it back. The lady then told me I could only have it back if I gave over the slip I was given when I brought it in. I handed it over without fail and she still said oh we will do it tomorrow." I took it to another tailors who expressed he's had MANY customers come to him with the same issue from the same shop. Absoloutely disgusted with their service and the refusal to give me back my dress just because someone else was able to do it quicker and better."

I have had 2 dresses taken up at Trym tailoring; 1 evening gown with lining, the other more casual. I have been very happy with their service and they are well priced too. Cash only. I am happy to recommend Trym Tailoring.

They fixed my jacket very professionally. Very happy with the cheap service. Good to know there's a place nearby to help with tailoring.

Wouldn’t really recommend Trym Tailoring. I brought in a pair of jeans and they took the legs in which was all fine, but I also had a bridesmaid dress that needed altering. Had to return many times as they hadn’t done what I had asked and they made my dress far too tight. They took out the seams again so it fits okay but I took it back as I felt the dress was now too revealing/low cut, pretty uncomfortable and restricted my movements slightly. When I took it back to ask what could be done her suggestion was “do it up tighter”. Not happy with the service I’ve received and I’ll probably try my luck at another tailors instead to see if they can fix it.

Took my 3 years old Burberry jacket (in immaculate condition) to be dry cleaned with them. It had a little white stain on it. First it came out with substantial amount dirt from the cleaning process on it. After second try, it came out as it was 15 older jacket, yet the stain remained but only fainted this time (which I was OK with) Pictures are trying to point out the wear that their cleaning process may cause to fine fabrics.I did seek for reassurance for the extremely gentle care of the jacket this caliber prior to giving them the job. According to them, they are apparently doing Burberry and Armani all the time, so I was not worried.The Chinese lady in the shop eventually blamed me for the damage they had done to my jacket, which I find outrageous. During this transaction she made me feel like she was avoiding the responsibility of producing quality service, and after care, and did it in very unpleasant manner to say the least. She did fling the fee that I paid for the cleaning at me, but it is very little compensation for the damage caused by her service. The jacket is worth £1,400 when new.I would advise anyone to take extreme caution if getting high quality brand fabrics cleaned by this shop. I also recommend to be prepared for business customs related to far Asian culture rather than good British standards. This shop might be able to take care of little alterations and materials that do not require extra gentle care.
