Valentina Holistic Therapy

My partner booked me a massage with Valentina as I had hurt my back at work and had a previous shoulder problem. We had a chat about the pain and discomfort I was feeling and Valentina changed the massage to a sports massage to suit my needs.The change after just one session was incredible, I am now on my fourth session and I am now able to do things I previously couldn't without feeling any pain or discomfort.Valentina is a very welcoming and warm person, an amazing, highly skilled professional and I highly recommend her.

Having tried other spas over the years, I was delighted to find Valentina Therapy Centre.Valentina makes you feel very welcome, is extremely professional and knowledgeable, taking enough time to find out which treatment would be most suitable.The back and neck massage was very thorough, but also relaxing. I went in tired, tense and aching from a tough week, but came out feeling vibrant and totally energised!I will be making further visits on a regular basis and have already recommended Valentina to various friends and family.

She tailors my massage experience to how I'm feeling every time and works with my body long term fixing any aches I have.
