Located on Islington High Street, just before Camden Passage, Katsute 100 is a delightful Japanese Tea Room offering a cosy and serene atmosphere. Try their Japanese Teas, delicious Cakes or Sake. Check out the idyllic garden out the back. The perfect place to read a book, chill out by yourself or catch up with your best friend. It's super cute!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming Japanese tea house that transported me to another world. Tucked away in a hidden corner of the city, this serene oasis offered an enchanting experience of savoring original Japanese tea accompanied by delectable flavored desserts, all within a picturesque garden that felt like a realm apart.

One of my fav places in Angel. It has a beautiful backyard to enjoy in summer.I love the tea selection, it is very good. Among deserts my all time favourite is matcha crepe cake which is tender and not sweet.I just wish they opened earlier so I could have my breakfast tea there!

The matcha crepe cake and matcha latte were excellent. Really nice vibes here.Look forward to coming back and trying their other cakes and sitting in the garden at the back.Besides a variety of tea leaves and matcha they sell, they also have a selection of Japanese whiskies and sakes.

Have been here a few times and every time it's always a delightful experience enjoying the variety of cakes and authentic matcha that's imported all the way from Japan.Have so far tried the daifuku, matcha mille crêpe, matcha cheesecake and black sesame cheesecake and everything was absolutely delicious! This is a very high quality Japanese café and certainly a very rare find in London with real Japanese matcha. I love the variety of matcha they offer and all the staff are Japanese.Atmosphere in the café is super chill and laid-back, perfect for all kinds of occasions whether it's catching up with friends, dates or when you want to get some me time.

Tea is displayed directly next to the cashier. You can see it before placing your order! They look very delicate and fragrant. The selection and production of this Japanese coffee shop are excellent. The products in the matcha series have no powdery feel at all. If I were asked to choose the best coffee shop in London for making matcha, I would choose this one.

I visited their branch in Shoreditch last month which is very impressive. I bought montblanc cake to take away ( I came at 7pm and the cafe close at 8pm) Will definitely come back next time for tea time. The vibe is more classic Japanese cafe here.

This has always been one of my favorite coffee places.Every matcha drink is amazing. Slightly disappointed with the sesame latte though- I would like the sesame to be roasted a bit more so that it would have a stronger aroma.You can't go wrong with their cakes. I've had matcha and chestnut flavoured ones - both delicious. This time we went on a Saturday afternoon and most of the popular cakes were sold out, so we went with an ordinary strawberry cake, and it was so much better than most bakery houses.

Authentic Japanese cakes! I absolutely love this place. There is a nice garden to sit outside and amazing teas and cakes!
