OVL are brilliant. I have had several cars over the years and the service has been amazing. Chris Tunnel gets great deals and gets he car and extras I want every time. The whole team are just the same sorting out the paperwork and GAP insurance so there is a complete service from start to the end. My wife also has her cars via OVL and now my daughter is using them. Vehicle was sourced and delivered extremely quickly, only reason I did not give a 5 star review is that it came without any mats, but I believe this is being rectified.

Despite choosing a Volvo that has taken 14 months to arrive, this was not down to the OVL Group.During the wait for delivery, the OVL Group were happy to speak with Volvo for updates on a delivery date and kept me posted throughout its journey.On delivery, the car arrived clean and tidy despite a 200 mile journey from Doncaster to Reading and their representative spent time with me talking me through the car and all of its features for an hour so that I was able to understand everything to make the driving experience superb.The OVL Group have provided our company with several vehicles now and I can honestly say that their customer service and knowledge is excellent and we would not go anywhere else for all our future vehicle requirements.

Neil, Andrew and others from OVL are a customer service company that used to be the norm, but sadly CUSTOMER FIRST is fading into the distance for many others. This Broker has had my business for a second term of 3 years, previous contract they sorted out was 4 years.If you are changing vehicles to the same model, I would suggest you ensure the level of trim you had is at least matched with what is on offer. I made a lot of assumptions as in the VAN World, with a shortage of components and rising prices, Manufacturers are cutting corners all over the place. This is not a brokerage fault, so buyer beware, check the very small tiny print.PS 8 Speed Auto Peugeot Partner van is just wonderful for the aging Van Driver...
