Terrible after sales experience. I contacted Kestrel Honda 2 days after recieving my brand new CBR650R to inform them I was not happy with the bike. I dealt with Kevin, who I can only describe as the Alan Partridge of motorcycle sales, who did not ask for any clarification on the issue but instead told me that I had not given the bike a chance. I then tried again, 1 week later without a response and 2 weeks later when they said that they were not in any position to make me an offer to buy the bike back. I find this strange from a main Honda dealership and would expect more.

After having a very negative experience with another dealership, I was starting to lose hope in dealerships. However, when my dream bike popped up for sale, I gave Kestrel Honda a call to see what they were about.I spoke to Kevin, and he instantly made me comfortable, he had the time for a bit of bike talk" rather than just trying to instantly take my money.The whole experience was very good

Purchased a 900 hornet from here. Kevin was very helpful throughout the entire process. Regularly kept me updated about the progress of the bike. It was given a 52 point inspection and it was found that the rear shock was bad. It was replaced with a new hagon shock included in the sale price. I'm very happy with my bike after riding it back from Coventry to London and wouldn't hesitate to recommend kestrel honda to anyone looking for a bike.

Bought my ktm adventure 790r from kestrel in 2020 they did everything to get the deal put through swiftly, just had a recall done in 2 hours so I waited at the McDonald's opposite the trade park, also had a warranty issue with a wheel which they did there best to sort.

I saw a great deal for a ktm 790 duke online and thought I'd pop in and have a look. I was greeted by Kevin who was fantastic! I was able to sort the deal there and then, wasn't pressure with buying additional extras like I've encountered at other dealers. Any time I've needed to contact Kevin he's been available and sorted things straight away. Thanks for all your help Kevin!!!!

Great friendly staff. Offered me a coffee upon entry, the bike I went to see was being viewed by someone else who ended up buying it whilst I was there! Sounds like a wasted trip, not at all. Sam the sales guy was quite happy to show me all the other bikes in the shop and let me sit on what ever and talk through the specs. Part of buying is the sales experience and for that I can't fault these guys. Would happily buy from them and go back for servicing etc. Shop is well stocked with a range of cool bikes.

Awful experience with this Honda stealer,Ordered my bike in early March 2022 paid deposit and agreed price.Was contacted today to tell me the bike is ready, but there is a £550 price hike.Why after nearly five months of waiting have the told me when the bike is here of the price rise?Honda uk have said it is up to the dealer what they charge, I now for a fact other people ordered their bikes before me, and paid the price they agreed when they placed their deposit with other Honda dealers.Very underhanded by KESTREL HONDA.consider it carefully before using KESTREL HONDA, there are many other good honda dealers out there to choose from.
