Shockingly bad service, left a car in with smoke coming out of exhaust was told it needed head gasket. After about 6/7 weeks of no contact from garage I had to constantly ring and call down for updates was told it needed head. Another few weeks of having to call them followed and was told needed engine. I lost the will to keep following up and then rang to find out they had sold my car to cover cost of labour! Would avoid this garage at all costs

Hard to go past these guys. Knowledgable, professional and honest garage. Thought i had expensive issues with the car, but after aI left it with them it was a quick and easy fix.Exactly what you want from garage.

My front driver side spring snapped on new years eve. I called the AA to collect the car and drop it over to Auto Technic on the 3rd of Jan. Fixed and collected within 24 hours. Now I did touch lucky as parts for another repair they were doing were unavailable but I'll take it. Excellent service even though they were swamped with other work

Highly recommended. Absolutely fantastic service, honest, and well priced.I own an Audi Cabriolet, and when the convertible roof kept sticking down; I tried to find someone who could fix it. Isaac Agnew Audi quoted me £1000 for a part I didn't need + Labour + VAT+ £60 to just to look at it. Other garages were cheaper, but no one seemed able to fix the problem.Finally someone recommend Auto Technic; he knew exactly what the problem was, and began with the least expensive option. Needless to say, the repair was carried out quickly, efficiently, at a fair price that didn't break the bank. I just wish I had known about Auto Technic years ago!

Impossible to believe the other reviews after my experience.Car not washed or hoovered despite claims on website. Steering wheel was covered in new dirt. Status codes were not reset correctly. They didn't ring me as promised, I had to chase up if my motor was ready. Another mechanic found a torch in the engine bay. And it cost more than the guys down the street charge. 10/10 would use again?

Tried several different mechanics in south belfast before finding auto technic. Non of them could fit me in at short notice and some lacked any knowledge of a common fault on a common vehicle. These guys had the suspension repaired on my x5e70 at a good price, the service was honest, professional and rapid. The workshop is spacious, well laid out and well equipped and there is ample safe parking. Compared to every other mechanic I tried on google this was leagues ahead. The chap I dealt with was very knowledgeable and I would use them rather than main dealers or backstreet amateurs. Highly recommended
