Went in there to drop off something to be posted by UPS. Member of staff was extremely rude (around 50 years old). He scanned the items without asking for my number for tracking. I asked if I can do this and he basically threw the machine at me and the machine wasn’t working properly (number 5 wasn’t working). I told him this and he was rude and said “well you have to keep trying then”. I left the shop and went back in saying I need tracking and he was very rude and said “what do you want”. Won’t be coming here again although other members of staff are nice.

An Aladdin's cave of alcohol! An absolute treasure trove of different wines, beers and spirits with a really knowledgeable and helpful owner to point out special treats. Highly recommended!

Good but smallish range of beers; real ales, craft beers and Belgian beers. Plenty of choice for wines but I wouldn’t know where to start. Friendly staff.

I really rate this off licence. It has a good enough selection of beer & wine, much better than supermarkets & chains. Where it really excels though is it’s offering of Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Certainly the best I’ve come across in the Coventry area. It’s also good for cocktail ingredients, bitters, liqueurs, etc that you’re unlikely to find in supermarkets. Recommended.

Great little shop with a wide and varied selection of beverages. Staff are very friendly and have some great suggestions when choosing a good bottle of wine.

Amazingly poor service on the phone. Wanted to deliver a present to my 83 year old mother. Called from Australia to ask if there was a delivery service. The question was answered we do not take payment over the phone". At least have the curtesy to answer the question. Can't wait to see you in Australia."
