Closed , but the young lady cleaning the car outside was very helpful . As my bike had just blown a radiator hose.Bit of gaffer tape and use of the hose . Saved the day, allowed me to get way closer to home that I would of done .Thanks Again

PLEASE READ AND BE CAUTIOUS!To be honest I wrote a review before rating this place when I was looking to buy a car for my wife.At that point the owner was very polite and came across genuine.We since purchased a vehicle from somewhere else and the light was out so thinking of my experience before decided to get it fixed at this garage.We were quoted around £25 the light and had a diagnostics test done for around £25 for an ABS light on the dashboard.Once we got to the garage to pay it was £60 no problem YET!The ABS diagnostic test came back that I needed the drivers side rear sensor changed which is positioned in the wheel bearing.Obviously concerned about the safety of the car, I asked how much this would roughly cost and was told about £90.So about 2 weeks later booked the car in for the sensor to be replaced.On the morning before the car was handed over my wife said to the owner how much did you tell my husband so I can get the money out and he replied I need to check the prices for the parts but it's now about £100. Still OK.Later in the day my wife called to see if the car was repaired and again asked about the cost and again and was reassured that it's going to cost us around £100.Well we then went to collect the car and was handed a invoice of £170.I then asked why has it gone from £90 2 weeks ago to £170 and he is trying to tell me that I miss understood what he said as that was just the part price. I said that's ok saying that now, but I asked how much it would cost! The first time was told £90 second time £100 and 3rd time no more than £100!Written on the quote was 'investigation then repair', I said to the owner why am I paying for someone to find a problem that I payed you to find 2 weeks ago.All these arguments were met with your not having your car until you pay, I never said that"
