The Crescent Post Office

This little bugs bunny RAT is a horrible piece of work. Disgusting attitude, stuck up and arrogant. The other obese midget is just as bad as this rat. Both with horrible attitudes that don’t wanna do any work. Acted like their dads owned the post office. Terrible attitude, ugly attitudes just like their faces.

The woman on the post office counter constantly complains whenever there's a parcelforce drop off, saying I don't have space etc, clearly she does I seen parcels stacked up before on the side.She clearly picks and chooses what parcels to be dropped off comes with lame excuses.Better off going to fullbrook atleast the staff there smile, this one here clearly hates her job!

Staff are rude in the shop, looking at the reviews must be racist. Don’t feel welcome and just moody and not polite. Post office staff are fine. Parking is a nightmare no clear indication where to park for customers. Hit my car on the gates on the floor and didn’t see it, and got shouted at well you should have a clear indication with tape which worn people. Ruined my day as the staff saw it and didn’t even tell me. Also all they do is smoke every second outside.

Rude customer service from the staff that work here especially the older women. Why have so much hatred. Must of worked at a GPs office in her younger years she is certainly suited to that role. They have no heart or even basic decency to talk to other humans with respect.

By far the worst Post Office I’ve been to, always a horrendous queue and ridiculous parking availability. Came to collect a parcel for my sister and her partner and after queueing for 20 minutes I was told without their IDs I couldn’t collect them even though on the ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE it clearly says that if you don’t have their ID you can still collect as long as you have the something for you card (or electronic equivalent), your own ID and proof of residence at the same address. I had all of the above and was refused the parcels. Even upon showing Sukhjeet this information she replied “well that’s not our policy, you’ll have to take it up with Royal Mail”. Absolutely atrocious service, other people have jobs too and aren’t able to attend the Post Office between the hours of 9-5.30.

Very rude customer service. Came in with a few boxes and was moaned at by the two Indian ladies at the post office. Constantly telling me to just leave my parcels without taking a receipt. The so called manager there, by the name of Sukhjeet had a terrible attitude towards me. ‘What’s in it for us’ she told me, as I stood waiting for my parcels to be scanned. Kept moaning and complaining that I was creating a queue (there was only two people waiting). I’ve paid for this service and all I asked for was for my parcels to be scanned. I run an online business and it’s busy season, so if you can’t handle the workload just find employment elsewhere. Don’t take your frustration out on other customers that have paid for this service.

The girl working in the post office with blue hair is rude, unpleasant and a bit strange. Barked at me for not standing in the “correct” line for the post office despite not saying anything to anyone else. Same strange girl puffing on a cigarette inside the entrance to the shop as I entered

The worst post office I have seen in the West Midlands. With repeated racist and unprofessional behavior (this is based on evidence), I hope that this review will keep customers away from this post office until there are regular employees. Not like this woman in the photo

If your gonna shut early, but not let customers get there post sorted because you have a cut off and close in a minute maybe u should put up an earlier closing time bc I still should have been served don’t care if it had took longer then a minute i was still there before you said u closed. Rude and don't want the extra responsibility. Could have been nice about it too, but just rude. Looked at me and said “what do u need” to which I needed signed for. To which the two ignorant women just stared at me and talking amongst themselves.. I said well Theres still a minute. Too which one women responded ‘it will take longer then a minute’. Yeah well when i finish a shift and close the shop and someone comes in before we shut we still serve them even if it takes longer then a ‘minute’ bc were still open. Just incompetent.
