Keeps getting loaded into a van each morning and returning to the depot in the evening because apparently they've Run out of time". We are now on day 4. How can it actually take this long? Do you not prioritise the ones missed from the day before. It's insanity. Not to mention customer service is literally doing nothing to help me. I NEVER leave bad reviews for anything but the service has been so unbelievably bad I've had to."

Terrible experiences with dhl exeter, I do not know of other dhl but exeter is a mess. Dec, they played with my emotions terribly, driver was messaging me that I wasn't in while I was right by the roor, I saw his drove pass without stopping. Same again, I am yet to receive my package after paying for express and they aren't even saying or doing anything about it

Sent recently with DHL Express Exeter to Rotherham.The parcel was received next day before lunch.Beth at reception was very helpful with choosing the right (box) service.Used DHL before for sending internationally as well and their international shipment times are equally impressive!

The staff at DHL Express were brilliant. Did everything they could to help us, including advice on packaging size etc. they really did help make the whole process so easy. We had nine parcels in all that had to go out that day. We definitely will use again. Thank you! Oh, and there is free electric charging outside too…result!

Went to the depot this late afternoon to deliver a package to be returned to the seller. No one was at the main desk but a lovely lady in the office left what she was doing to assist me. DHL have all ways delivered my parcels to my house successfully.This depo and lady who helped me maintain the standard I have learnt to expect from DHL

Absolutely awful service given a set delivery time arrived 3 hrs early apparently no card left and would not give a replacement date for delivery

The worst delivery service ever! They really don't care. Driver turned up, parcel not on van - supposedly!? Next day delivery does not exist. Not the first time they have screwed up. Any company thinking of using these cowboys should avoid !!!!
