Peace Apartments

I only give it a 1 as that's all I can do.I booked a superior room, I didn't get that, the place stunk of cigarettes, I then found a soup bowl full of fans, i went to put it in bin in my room only to find rubbish in thete from the person who stayed previously. I called every extension and emailed, not even a reply. In todays world basic hygiene the place struggled with , customer service was a big 0.Find somewhere else to stay

I am very dissapointed in my experience at this hotel.the only reason I stayed was because of the price but even with the cheap price the room wasnt up to par1)Our hotel room came with no towels and when we asked for some they said we will get some in the morning since its really hot we asked again later because we had to shower they once again said the same thing. We went down again because we were getting annoyed and they told us to call the management we did and someone came down with towels within 10 minutes. The towels we received were 3 small hand towels and had to go back again to ask for new ones2)after inspecting the room we found a hole in the ground under the bed. The wardrobe was filthy and in the last drawer was a towel covered in something black. As we went to take a shower the drains were blocked and has to get someone to fix them. The room also came with one half used shower gel. Our toilet was dirty and the toilet paper was half empty and wet.3)the room came with no tv and the there was no parking even though it sais that in the adI will never be staying here again and am VERY DISSAPOINTED overallThe only good thing I can say about my experience is that the staff was friendly and the security was very nice

The rooms are clean and have all the facilities that I wanted all under one roof at a fantastic price. Checking in was easy and they have 24hr security this was so great to know. I will recommend Peace apartments to my friends as its located right in the town centre so you don't have to use taxis to go everywhere.

Citi Residence or Peace apartments operate from the same location and use common support services. Centrally located, Luton Airport a short ride away so, suffers intermittent aircraft departure noise. A very new building but, I don't know what is so peculiar about its modern construction - the building appears very hot & poorly ventilated - no air con so, my room fan was permanently on. Stayed seven nights. Clean room & kitchenette, very 'harsh' bedding & bed - no TV which I thought was an omission. Bathroom, clean but, the shower had to have a maintenance visit as it attempted to 'broil me the first night - this continued to a problem throughout my stay. Not a complete serviced apartments - missing some key equipment & supplies - I had to buy a tin opener! Very confusing Wi-Fi provision - you have to have an account with Keysurf which states you only have a 50mb download limit but I discovered you have unlimited downloads! Good amenities - Gym (ground floor with a panoramic view of the street outside - if you're self-conscious

I have been staying in the apartments every week for about 3 months. I have stayed in both the shared and the studio apartments. I have found both to be clean and tidy with a good supply of kitchen items. There is not a TV in every room, the shared area and some rooms have the facility to watch some internet channels, so it is best to take your own entertainment if that bothers you. If you need to park there in the daytime (8am to 6pm) I suggest you use one of the local car parks, but parking overnight is ok as long as you move your car by 8am. This is a great alternative to a hotel if you are on a tight budget and only require basic facilities. The owners are very nice people and have always accommodated my needs, even at short notice, if you have any particular issues or any questions give them a call in advance and I am sure they will be happy to help you.

Most awful place to stay. Check in was 2pm. Room was not ready. Too noisy in evenings with parties in other rooms. Shower was not working for hot water. Had to wait for in-house repair man. No air condition. Way too warm. Stains on seater. Room booked nothing like picture. No table and chairs to sit and eat. Would avoid booking again.

Very very clean apartment & communal areas. Good quality linen & towels, comfortable bed. Good onsite facilities, especially well designed gym. Very nice outside & roof terraces with views over town & beyond. Would recommend!

WATCH OUT! They hide a cleaning fee in the fine print. The price you are quoted is not the price you end up paying. They don't charge you the cleaning fee upfront, they charge it the day before the reservation so you cannot cancel your booking. They are incredibly unethical!

I Booked it for a friend from India was very disappointed at the check in counter was asked to pay extra £15 for room cleaning chargesThey should add room cleaning charges on the Web.When asked for receipt on the counter was told don't have proper receipt.Definitely won't recommend.

Stifling rooms. Lots of glass but no possibility to let much air in. Staff claims to be merely responsible for security but the manager never answers his phone. Stay away. I left at two in the morning longing for fresh cool air. Stay away.
