I got injured twice had a leak on a new roof since got put on got told its definitely a leak off two kwl managers sent roofer was here five mins then said its condensation my wetroom is black and in refusing any kwl worker in due to there a danger to me as I'm blind nearly and a blind person isn't aloud on work sites so why do they leave a blind personoma work site as soon as they come in its a work sight so who cares about health and safety not kwl hu5

Been waiting for two weeks, on a 24 hour emergency repair. Went to the wrong block. Rang them approx 13 times, been given various excuses for this, and promises broken. Not much better than a private landlord.

This company is an absolute joke (This is also the words of its own employees that arrive at your property). I have wasted so many days of annual leave because you cannot stick to what you promise your customers. When you ring for an update, advisers are rude and promise to ring back and never do (Dave). I rang again and said I would be making a complaint after you have left me without the use of my shower, and I was greeted with Okay dokey" when I'm making a formal complaint

Disgrace. Cannot do their jobs properly. I have been living in shocking conditions for years with damp and mould, exposed sockets, crumbling walls.. yet the issue is never resolved. It’s meant to be getting done finally after years of living this way, but the damp is returning again just within a few days. The bathroom was replaced years ago, but the issue still remained and became worse. Most of the workers are very ignorant, arrogant and are unable to do their jobs properly. Too busy talking about irrelevant things instead of getting the job done well. They are also unresponsive when you call them about the job they’re supposed to be doing (sometimes don’t bother turning up) and simply have no idea what they’re doing. An electrician from KWL came the other day to do his job, saw the exposed socket and said “ah, I’ll just leave it, then.” Then left Absolute disgrace. Nobody should have to live like this, especially when there’s an asthmatic person in the home who has to sleep in a damp, mouldy room.

Joke firm! It's difficult to get an appointment, I was told an appointment time and date, they turn up the day before! I have taken annual leave to be home for a repair and nobody has turned up, the minimum wage people who answer the phone are very rude, workmen are usually pretty good but they're quick to slate their employer, then when they've finished the 10 minute bodge they go sit in the van vaping and scrolling through their Facebook feed and placing their bets for the afternoon! I think everyone has realised that KWL is as cooked as they come!

Between hcc and kwl they pushed me to the point where I wanted to end my life a few weeks ago. I am now seeing mental health every other day. Its disgusting how they treat and leave people in a damp cold house with floors falling in for nearly 3 months

Difficult to get through on phones and they turn up at your home with appointment. Turned up at my house twice to do a job that had been completed a month previously

We were very disappointed with the service we received.Our property's only toilet developed a fault on Saturday. A plumber arrived and removed the cistern to stop the leak. We were informed that, as he did not have the necessary parts with him the repair would not be until Monday, but that he would book us in for an early morning call.On Monday, we contacted the call centre, to be told a two hour time window for the job.After nearly four hours of waiting, we rang, only to be told that no plumber was available, and that the job would have to wait until Tuesday.Later in the afternoon we were contacted and told that a plumber 'had become available', and that the job could be carried out after all.Happily that has now happened, and the work completed.The contradictory information received throughout caused some inconvenience, especially as my partner and I have four children living with us in the property

What a JOKE rang council on Tuesday no hot water OR heating there said are u in I said no at work I live by myself I asked if I can get them to come on Saturday there said ring up Friday to book a Saturday so I did rang them Friday there said there will come Saturday wait in all day DID NOT TURN UP got a tex saying there will come monday impossible I at I work Monday to Friday and no one will be there I can not get time of work and can not afford time of now I got no heating or water and it is -6 THERE DO NOT CARE I will be put a full complaint
