Employed this company to remove and deliver a machine to us from nearby to their yard, the whole operation was a joke, equipment failures and other problems caused a 3-4 hour removal into an 8 hour ordeal which caused the selling company to close for the rest of day as the access was blocked. Due to lack of communication from them we had a crane waiting my end to offload which sat about all day and had to return the next day - £480 cost to me, and to top it all off they lost part of the machine which has cost us £1200 to rectify. Would highly NOT recommend using this company.

We booked Trojan Mek to assist us with transporting some very large, powder-coated steel planters, trees and various other items around Hereford. Justine was so helpful and got everything organised quickly and efficiently. We have booked a HIAB lorry out for over a month's work and their professionalism, flexibility, communication and customer service has made life easy. Some of the areas we are working in have been very awkward but didn't phase either of the operators working with our team. We needed someone to lift a sideboard into our fourth-floor balcony, which was tricky as we have a fifth-floor balcony above it. Trojan-Mek were so helpful and flexible, and did the job without any drama or fuss. They even brought brand new straps so the furniture didn't get dirty, and helped lift some other furniture up a spiral staircase.

We needed to move a millstone from South Wales to London. Trojan Mek was recommended by a friend after we had tried several removals companies. The move involved lifting the millstone out of a garden over a fence and trees, and delivering it to another garden, again over a high fence and trees.Trojan Mek did an absolutely brilliant job. With their HIAB in the road they lifted it out of the garden in Wales and through the trees and over the fence with minimal damage to the trees. In London they lifted it right over an apple tree (and 6ft fence) into our garden then carefully swung it backwards to position it perfectly in the prepared space under the apple tree, without even knocking a twig off the tree. Their operator, Allyd, was a real expert, doing the whole thing using a remote control unit, with amazing precision.The price they charged was very reasonable, one of the quotes we had from a removals company was four times as much.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them – they are real experts – and nice people too.
