I can't say I am happy with this depot. I took my van in for tracking which was done quickly and at a good price but they broke my cover tray under the van and did not tell me. I get home and see the tray dragging on the floor. So I had to return, at my expense and inconvenience, of course, to have it clipped on with cable clips!!A day later I noticed they had broken a clip on my wheel cover. Thank goodness for the cable clips!!!I know that problems and accidents occur but I am not impressed when the guilty party feels it is right to keep quiet in the hope they get away with it.Shameful working practice in my opinion I will never use the company again and advise anyone who asks me to look elsewhere or be very watchful if they use the service

I went in with the wife's car, which had a nail in a tyre. At first I was told they couldn't look at it for two hours, as they were very busy. When I said I lived nearly 10 miles away, the manager took a technician off his job to have a look at it. Unfortunately it was not repairable and a new tyre was ordered for the next day. The technician fitted the 'get you home spare' and the wife popped in next day to have her wheel refitted. I thought the tyre was a little expensive but have not checked prices elsewhere.

I took my car for wheel alignment. After half an hour I was told that it's sorted but it wasn't. I couldn't feel any difference so I took it to the other garage where other mechanic said that nuts haven't been touched for a long time. Would not recommend and certainly will not visit again.

I had an oil change last year for my Vauxhall astra. This year I decided to do it myself. However their job wasn't done great. They overtightened and damaged the sump plug, this happens when you use wrong size socket. And they saw that plug was damaged and didn't replaced it. Other thing is the oil filter. This was overtightened as well.I don't recommend this oil change service.

Arrived at 10 am with a leaking tyre after some investigation they told me the tyre was scrap but unfortunately they had no stock they said they would order one and would ring me when it arrived so after much waiting I decided to call them but nobody answered so had to drive back there when I arrived he said the tyre hadn’t arrived and I’d have to wait for the next day for another delivery I explained in the beginning that I was going on holiday so he gave me the tyre and wheel back & I went else where really poor service especially communication they could have just shown some courtesy and called me what a way to run a business I won’t be going back

Yesterday I went there for mot, I felt so uncomfortable over there. Non friendly staff and they are not professional. They messed around in my car with greasey hands on door, steering wheel and on seat as well. They put dirty shoes on cloth matt and they put unnecessarily things on adviosory as well.
