Sent an email saying that I had cancelled an appointment so I contacted them to hear what I wanted wasn't available, then sent me an email saying my appointment was going ahead but it wasn't when I phoned up for clarification,as they still didn't have what I was going for. The girl on the phone wasn't interested and didn't offer any explanation as to what was going on. Ridiculous carry on and I think they are scamming the NHS by saying the customers are cancelling when it's actually the pharmacy. Complete joke. I'll Never use them again

Arrived for my flu and covid vaccinations, greeted by a lovely young lady who took my details and gave me the vaccinations. I have had many flu vaccinations at Rimmingtons over the years and always treated with respect and kindness, much appreciated. Thanks to all the team.

Popped in to Rimmington's (Broadway) for a BP check. I was very impressed with the pharmacist (Nasreen) and the team. They were very professional and provided a very good and efficient service. If you have any questions or health concerns, they can help you with some very useful advice.

Having booked an appointment for me and my husband for our flu 18-65 vaccines we were disappointed on turning up to our appointments that there was no vaccine available. It would have been common courtesy to contact both of us to explain the situation. If you can send reminders the day before I'm sure you could have sent a text to rearrange our appointments. My husband had taken time out of work for this. Will not be using their service again. Very disappointed.Only reason for posting this review is because they had the cheek to ask me via email to review my vaccine appointment that never even went ahead. Obviously have no idea what they are doing!

I went to get my blood pressure checked at the branch in the Broadway in Bradford. The staff were polite and very professional. They explained the steps on detail and reassured me along the way. I got some important feedback which I was very grateful for. Nasreen was there to help me and guide me. I will be doing a follow up with my gp.The great thing was I could just pop in whilst at the shopping center. I will be using your services again.Thank you to all the staff.

My appointment was yesterday. I was disappointed yesterday after they contacted me with short notice my flu vaccine had been canceled. As I had already gone down for my vaccine. I called in to find out and re book. The lady told me the flu vaccine hadn,t arrived for over 65,s. So to re book.i am 63 which I told her few times , she just kept repeating wasn,t in for over 65,s. And to re book when it,s available.

Received an email inviting me to a free flu jab" I made a booking and called in earlier today for my jab but subsequently found out that the free flu jab did not apply to me ( age 60 ) so I had no alternative but to pay £15.00.The email I received is very misleadingly and should clearly state that free flu jabs are only available to over 65's or those with underlying health.I only give 2⭐️ as the assistant was very apologetic and the jab was painless."
