The Warren Spa

It was worth the £25 for 2 hours, as the facilities were really good for the spa experience! One thing I’ll say is, the cleanliness- I hate to say it, but it was dirty! Not once did I see a member of staff come into the pool area to clean up empty plastic water cups… they were scattered everywhere by the time our session had finished. Nobody cleaning / mopping around the pool area to make sure it wasn’t too wet or a hazard to customers etc. There was just no staff. The changing rooms were vile. Hair all over the counter tops where people had been drying / styling their hairs, dirty floor throughout - not once been cleaned (noticed as we arrived and when we came out, still the same) Toilets hadn’t been cleaned - empty toilet rolls in cubicals, tissue on the floor. This definitely had an effect on our day. It’s a shame as it’s the most simple tasks, but the staff just weren’t engaged at all in customer service and cleanliness. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for this.

Me and my partner went. She had a facial and hot stone massage then we both had the hydrotherapy afterwards. She thought the facial and massage were great. We both were really impressed with the hydro options as well as unlike most places there were 5 different options for the steam/chill rooms. The jacuzzi pool with waterfall blasters was good too.

Was asked to drive through the barrier by one member of staff, then told by lady in customer service I should not of parked where I was as it was for residents only.... Empty car park, bit of a jobsworth petty!?!Very nice experience totally relaxing

I booked a treatment for my partner here which required 2 trips. The first time she arrived, the security guard told her to move her car which she did but it was awkward. The guard commented to other passing guests about her driving, saying 'lady drivers can't drive' this really upset my partner who confronted the guard. He was a rude, obnoxious male chauvinist pig who is in the wrong job. On the second trip he was over friendly and came across as sleezy as he recognised the error of his ways. The treatment was OK, nothing special and either way, this company representative at front of house needs a lesson in manners.

Had an amazing de-stress massage with the lovely and professional Kim. Me and 2 friends came for the 2 hour spa experience and a massage and it was all amazing. Clean, proffesional and friendly. The only downside is it's not close to where we live!!

What a lovely place to relax. Usually getting only saunas & pool, but everything is perfect at all times.Very pleased with how everything is well organised and clean. Even the floors in the changing rooms are heated!!!Talking about the staff: The girl at the reception is a start there! And the rest of the employees seem to be very nice and helpful.

My daughters and I had a lovely spa experience on Saturday.We had 2 hours using the facilities, 5 steam rooms and saunas to choose from in the pool area.We all had an hour Elemis full body massage. I can highly recommend Kelly, she is a great masseur, it was an hour of pure bliss. I also returned the next day for an eyebrow tint and wax, also with Kelly, I am really pleased with them.

Lovely 2 hours in a spa. We were on a holiday near Pwhelli and wanted a spa day and this was perfect!We booked the Spa Experience package for £25 per person and could use the spa area which consisted of several saunas, steam rooms, ice room and the hydrotheraphy pool which basically is a giant hot tub with several bubbly things going on, but not as hot as hot tub, which was a good thing as we could stay in longer. 2 hours is plenty of time to enjoy everything, probably wouldn't stay for longer anyway.The towels and robes were provided, you need to bring your own flip flops. I didn't bring any shampoo so I had to use the liquid provided in the showers, don't think it was one of those 3in1 things, probably just a shower gel. Hair dryers provided as well.For me the only thing that was lacking was an actual pool, but we had a wonderful time and will come back if we will go on a holiday nearby again.

My Wife loved it. Would go there again. Unfortunately if you not a resident on the park there isn't much to do for waiting people . Best if you drop your partner and go to Abersoch . Other than this it's ok. thanks
