Lucy at the Tarring branch of Grove lodge was absolutely fantastic with my cat who usually gets incredibly angry at the vets! Lucy knew exactly how to try and keep Ruby calm and it was the least stressful visit I’ve ever had. Receptionist was lovely and helpful too. Highly recommend Tarring branch. A lot calmer for nervous pets than at the main hospital

This for me is the only Vets you need, always had great service.The staff are always so welcoming and show great empathy towards me and my three dogs.Everything is explained clearly nothing is hidden from you.I would highly recommend Grove Lodge for your fur babies, mine consider them as part of the Wolfpack and always enjoy a visit to see the Vets, nurses and receptionists.

All The Staff are very friendly and helpful, kayleigh cat is never a fan of going to see them but they all make a fuss of her to help settle her, 5 stars is worth the rating.

I went to the Tarring branch. Very friendly receptionist and excellent service from the vet. There was plenty of easy parking in the nearby streets.

We had to say goodbye to our best friend. Carlos at the Worthing vets was really kind, caring and compassionate during our time there. If I ever had to see a vet again, Carlos would be who I want to treat my pet. Grove lodge also sent a hand written card following our loss, which was a very kind and thoughtful, thank you.

Lovely vets. Everyone is really helpful and cheerful. They take time to listen and there is no forcing of anything. And they think my little ginger cat is cute so winning all round!
