Have had our Dyson now for 3 weeks. Have been trying to get through on phone for 4 continuous days & they never answer. Left my number as the message on their answering machine says they'll get back to you but they don't. When I get my Dyson back will never use them again. Worst company ever!!!!

I'm so annoyed reading these reviews as the same thing happened to me....I'm going to write to trading standards, watchdog, rogue traders, anyone I can think of to get this companyShut down and we should get our money back ..I'm fuming...they were so rude on the phone to me, they told me this was the end of the matter and I told them it's not, this was all a few months ago well you are not getting away with this. You deliberately broke my Dyson so now they will pay . Trading standards will close you down.

Came to service my dyson and charged 75 quid for the service and two new parts. I was thrilled to bits and my Vacuum was almost like new.However, two weeks later and the dyson started making a very strong burning smell.I called the company and left a message but three days later and still nothing back.On their paperwork it states that, following service, if there are issues within 14 days then there will be no call out charge. How convenient that my machine goes bang two weeks after being messed about with.I've ended up shelling out for a new dyson rather than give this company any more money and in future, I will only get the machine looked at by official dyson engineers.

Very unhappy I am waiting couple of months to get my dyson fixed. The small problem is known and made a report still sending twice a man who has no clue or been givin the information what to do and not givin the part for the hoover. While the man is in my house and trying to fix the hoover temporarily so till the original pArts arrives I rang the company and told them if there is any communication in there company!!!? So the lady Lucy at the receptionist is telling me the guy was only send to my house to pick the hoover up so they can fix it at the company but Lucy didn't no that engineer still was in my house on the spot he says I don't pick hoovers I fix hoover and never was told there was this problem or this part was ordered or he had to pick hoover up!!!! And the lady Lucy telling me there is with me an misunderstanding!!?? There is no misunderstanding there is no communication with the workers and just the company itself is fooling people ??!!!! It's unbelievable trust me . The engineer Andrew he was so kind and fixed temporary my hoover because I was without one for couple of months. After Andrew the engineer was gone I had a phone call from Lucy the receptionist that Andrew need to take my hoover otherwise it won't be fixed !!!. Why not bloody take the model number !!!! And fooling me. Well hoover is taken and I have to just wait for new surprises from the company. When or if I am going to get my hoover ???!! I don't no . Well they won't get any penny off me. And oh yes Lucy receptionist told me who made the appointment she's new. Sooooo new or not new reports are made and signed and copies taken. Where is the bloody communication!!!!!! Just one rubber band the right size need to be placed on the head of the hoover that's all and I am waiting for couple of months now!! If the part is orders where is it!!!! Why doesn't the engineer no about it!!

Cowboys that lie through their teeth do not trust they are NOT affiliated with Dyson if you let them in to service your vac they will lie and rob you charging for parts that do not ever need replacing! I am contacting trading standards and the police to seek advice ! I await a response from these people !

I was called out of the blue saying I had applied for the job when to this day I can't remember ever applying, anyway I practically was given the job when I walked in which seemed odd but I was happy I finally had a job. The first 2 weeks are training in which we have to work in hand. In trainING all we was told was grab a Dyson and strip it and put it back together for 2 weeks solid in a train room with no windows no air con it was so hot I nearly passed out. So 2 weeks pass and we get given our vans and paper work and price lists. When I seen the price list I was shocked at how much a pair of filters could cost. So after the first week I was feeling really bad about how much people were spending on this so called service. I was brought into the office and was pretty much told off for not selling enough parts on jobs I replied I'm not going to change parts if they don't need changing, they proceed to tell me they lose £5 for every £25 call we do so I have to sell parts on every job. I couldn't belive my ears. I then did a bit of research on the company and found all this information on Tom scoffin and how long they have been doing this. They only try to get you on service plans so they can come in a years time and sell you a £2000 Kirby. So It came to Friday which is payday where we usually get 230£ for a 60 to 70 hour week. I was paid 100£ this week I said I will bring back my van and the customer payments once you pay me the rest of my wage. 1 hour past and I heard a noise outside, they had turned up and taken the van and called the police. The police came I gave them the envelopes and the officer said she has had a lot of trouble with them before and is going to report them to trading standerds....
