Tree Tops

I called Paul in an emergency. He was polite and helpful on the phone and agreed to come and take down the tree the next day, which was a huge relief. However he didn't turn up the following day and he didn't answer his phone or respond to my (polite and reasonable) texts. If you want a reliable tree surgeon I would look elsewhere.
