End of Tenancy Cleaning Glasgow

Could not recommend this company more! Absolutely outstanding service, incredibly efficient and could not be beaten on price and professionalism. Thoroughly recommend, and will absolutely use again in the future!

I used this service last week for a deep clean of a 2 Bed, 2 Bath flat.The cleaner was new to the company and was extremely nice, however was given no instruction on what was included and no help.I was told a ‘team’ of cleaners would be there, however on the day only one arrived as others hadn’t turned up to work.I booked a deep clean as I wanted behind furniture, under beds and in cupboards cleaning. After they finished the work I checked and none of this was carried out. After checking what was provided on the website it was clear the checklist the cleaner has and the terms on the website did not tie up. After speaking to the main office I was given £5 off the bill as they say this as minor.

We contracted this company to carry out end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaners failed to properly clean the flat resulting in a deduction to our deposit. They failed to clean the following:- Kitchen: window at sink area, hob, oven, unit fronts and insides- Under master bed- Toilet pedestalThey were afforded a number of days to rectify the problems once they were identified. The letting agent also attempted to contact them to arrange for access to the property, which never responded to.Avoid hiring this company.

Very happy with the cleaning service we received today.The job was done professionally and the cleaning ladies were really pleasant and polite.The house is well cleaner than what it was when we moved in!Will defiantly be using your services again.Cheers Ladies

Amazing service!

Very very poor and unprofessional service! Totally disappointed with their service! First came 20 minutes late then one left to drop off something and never came back leaving only one person to do the end of tenancy cleaning on her own and guess what? They did not finish on time me texted me 30 minutes before expected finish time to ask for few more hours. I explained from start that someone from the letting agent will come to do checkout at 2pm and she text me at 1:30 pm asking for few more hours! Of course never finished off everything and they had to go. Shocking service!!
