Had plenty of sports massages over the years as a frequent runner - rare to get someone that takes the time to understand specifically your exercise profile, injury history etc and then give attention where it’s needed. Craig’s experience with athletes shows.

Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing massage.Venue was lovely, really clean, tidy and calming.Craig made me feel comfortable and had good technique when performing the massage.I’ve had massages before and I felt like I benefited the most out of this one.Will definitely be coming back.

I've had a number of sports massages in Chorleywood over the years and this is by far the best. I do a lot of running so legs are very tight - I felt like a new man after this!

I received a 60 minute sports massage to help with an on-going football complaint. Craig was knowledgeable and professional and really paid attention to the troubled area. Would highly recommend for any sporting niggles or even if you just want an hour of downtime!

Booked in with Craig with the hope that he could help alleviate some pain and tightness in my back, which really impacts my day to day work. Thankfully, he was excellent.He made sure to get an understanding of my issues beforehand and then provided me with a great massage. I feel amazing and will be going back again soon.
