We booked Andy's to take us to Bristol Airport, Sunaid arrived on time and helped my Wife into the car (she is disabled) and helped packed all the luggage into the car, including a wheelchair. The drive to Bristol was great and he even avoided the usual jam on the M5, we arrived at Bristol safe and sound. Our return journey was exactly the same even at 2am in the morning. Highly recommend Andy's cars and Sunaid in particular, excellent service, thanks.

Not a good experience Booked a taxi from Gloucester to Tewkesbury Hospital last week On arrival I was told it was £36.00. I had 2 twenty pound notes and the driver was faffing around for change in a large bag.I said It was expensive and as there was a queue forming at the door so I told him not to bother on checking the price later the cost on line was £25,00. I phoned the company 3 times to speak to the Manager who was never available After the 3rd I received a call back from the office. Two of the staff I spoke to tried to blame me and eventually agreed on a £10.00 refund, whilst in the cab I was shocked to be asked by the driver The Value of my House !!!!I I did not receive an apology. Would not use again

Awful. Called at 7am to book. I'm unfamiliar with the area and the telephone operator was so rude and unfriendly and very unhelpful, didn't even say bye just hung up. Had agreed a pickup time of 8.30am so i could catch a 8.49am train. Called the driver at 8.32am who said he'd only just been given the job. Would have missed my train to work if it wasn't for a my nans neighbour. Useless and rude!

Lovely journey from Gloucester to Bristol temple meads, the Driver was very polite, made sure I was comfortable & checked that I had everything.

I had an outstanding experience with this taxi service. The driver was punctual, courteous, and navigated through traffic expertly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this service for its top-notch professionalism and reliability.

Appalling customer service. 15mims late picking us up and then didn't even bother turning up on the return trip. When questioned about the lack of service I got attitude from the lady answering the phone and told that she would cancel the taxi for asking where it was. We were left with an hour and 10min walk after they didn't turn up.I would give 0 stars If i could. Avoid at all costs.

Quick efficient service, used the walk in service, waited less than 5 minutes for a taxi to arrive. Driver was polite and pleasant, the cost of the taxi seemed to be the going rate. Would have no problem recommending or using them again.
