31/12/2021 and my phone decides that it doesn’t want to charge anymore, albeit from years of abuse and not caving in to get a phone case so I got in the car and I’m driving to local and more closer stores than Genio Tech but I started noticing one after the other were all closed.At long last I parked outside of this fantastic store and was greeted with a warm welcome, friendly and informative information and how it’s typically just due to dirt/pocket lent build up and within 3-5 minuets my phone was alive!I was more than happy to pay for whatever service fee’s that applied however the staff there fixed my phone and gave me a gesture of goodwill by not even charging me for their service.10/10 will definitely be back as their customer service is out of this world.Hope all staff have a wonderful new year when it arrives!Thanks again.Kenny

Been here before and had excellent service. Went back recently for a bit of soldering on my phone for replacing the charging port. Work was done within minutes and at no cost. Gave them all the money I had in my wallet for a few pints as a tip. Excellent and quick service.

Fixed my broken laptop screen super quickly and for way cheaper than everywhere else quoted. Efficient and friendly :) will be my go-to for device repair in future!

Absolutely amazing service!!! Fixed both the front of my XS max and the back for such a reasonable price, and took their time to find out what was causing my phone to act up and fixed it also!!! 100% recommend.

I have used this business a couple of times and have always been pleased with the level of service and the professionalism. Have previously had screen replacements done. Took my son's phone in that wasn't charging and they saw it was just the charger port being clogged up. Some would try and charge for new charger etc but they kindly cleaned it out for me and didn't charge. I will continue to use them whenever I have phone issues. Nice people.

Great friendly staff. Fixed my phone in about three seconds flat .. I'd been trying to fix it for about five hours myself it was stuck on talk back I was lost .. they never charged me for their help either cause to them it was an easy fix... But anyhoo would highly recommend this shop . Cheers.

Not a single detail was changed, paid 50 pounds. Moved just a contact. I don't recommend and never back.

This is hands down the best tech store in Dundee. We went to multiple different places looking for a specific voltage power cord and this is the only place that had it. Plus, the staff was very helpful and efficient.

Excellent service, had gotten the wrong charger and was able to replace it very easily. Would not go there for a haircut but wonderful tech shop
