Excellent from start to finish. Gary arrived when agreed, sorted out what urgently needed doing and advised on another long-standing and steadily worsening problem. The solution to this required the installation of a new valves on each radiator. He worked away with a colleague - again turning up exactly when promised - and left the house clean and with efficient drainage and and properly functioning central-heating system (for the first time in years). He phoned twice in the following days to check that all was well.My wife and I recommend him unreservedly.

Tom and Gary arrived punctually to carry out work on our heating and plumbing. They're professionally knowledgeable and we had great confidence in them from the start. They kept us informed of their progress throughout the day and the result is a very effective central heating system.
