Caleb was a total star when we visited yesterday. He tried to solve the issue with my phone which was unfortunately too far gone, then he assisted me in picking the right phone to suit. He was patient, knowledgeable and excellent in terms of customer service. I’d highly recommend this O2 store and they are lucky to have Caleb!

As said previously, you can't beat face to face assistance. This shop is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful, Pooja helped me this week following a disastrous experience with the on line so called 'help'. She gave me a new SIM and got me back onto the network within 10 minutes after the 'help' chat people managed to kick me off the network for 36 hours. Good old fashioned excellent service. Thanks Pooja!

Pooja is brilliant. I only come into the Rugby store to see Pooja and only her, She has a lot of patience and always helps me with any issues I have. She's always having a laugh and a joke with me and she's always got a smile on her face. She's a credit to the O2 Rugby store. Thank you so much for all your help and support every time I come in.

A lot can be said, for good old face to face customer service, and this o2 store has it in bucket loads, everytime we've been in the store no matter how big or small the problem the team have always help us. More recently Ryan helped us with a handset problem, he was polite, listened to the issue and replied confidently yes we can sort that.A few clicks of the mouse, few phone calls and even a email later we are walking out of the store happy customers.A massive thank you to him and the rest of the team.

Excellent experience at O2 Rugby. Felt really well looked after by Ryan who understood our budget, usage and helped show us the best options. Didn't feel pressured and Ryan spent time showing us the features of a number of phones and tariffs. Really happy with the new phone and a great airtime package too!
