Filers Travel
Went with Filers on a day trip to Tyntesfield House. The coach was very clean and seats were comfortable. The driver was very friendly and professional and the journey there and back was far better than going by car. We arrived at Tyntesfield at 11:30am and started back at 4:30pm so, plenty of time to visit the house and gardens. I would definitely recommend using Filers.

Was waiting at Blackmoor gate for the bus to Barnstaple and instead of pulling into the car park as usual the bus just carried on. Can only presume it was because he was a few minutes late and wanted to gain the time back but now I’ve had to wait an hour for the next one and have missed my train.

Day trip to Royal Cornwall Show. Everything was well organised from placing the booking to the timings and trip itself. Friendly and helpful driver. Great to have someone else do the driving and worry about the traffic and parking! Look forward to going on another trip with Filers.

Average service on the 301, still without Sunday or bank holiday services even in summer. Filers haven't provide those services for a very long time, They'll also pick up habitual drunks and let them carry on, which is not safe or comfortable for any passenger.

Second day trip I have done with Filers. This one was to Tintagel and Boscastle. Lovely day, just the right amount of time at each venue. Coach was very clean and comfortable. Jason the driver was very friendly and informative.

We recently stayed in devon and used your company to travel around lynton and lynmouth. We were extremely impressed with the service and in particular how helpful and friendly your driver Michael was. It is people like himself that can make your holiday a lot more friendly and relaxed he is a credit to you. Love from the girl (and husband) who should have gone in the nunnery ! He will I am sure remember us!!

We went on a trip to The Royal Cornwall show, on a Filers coach, expertly driven by Jason who was very very pleasant natured and kept us well informed. Will be going to see the Plymouth fireworks display with Filers Travel in August.

Went on Filers day trip to Royal Cornwall Show yesterday. A most enoyable experience, pick up was on time, coach very clean and comfortable. Driver, Jason, was helpful, friendly and informative. Highly recommended

Went to Bridgewater carnival with filers. Was told when we arrived the carnival that it started at six and be back on the coach by nine as he would not be there at five past. The carnival didn't start till about 7,15 so missed some of it as was panicking about getting back to the coach . Then we couldn't leave till ten until the possession had finished so we could have watched it all. Very unfriendly driver. Won't be using Filers again

On holiday locally again, we found that Filers buses are regular but they're rather cramped and old. Stuck in a timewarp, this company has made little improvement and still won't work on Sundays and holidays.Filers let's everyone down by not working weekends and bank holidays. They only recently started accepting card payments. For a county enjoying booming tourism, North Devon public transport is a poor joke.
