I have just had a really challenging time selling my house with unexpected land issues and original buyers pulling out at the last moment resulting in my losing my first property choice. We used Loch & Marlborough for our sale and house purchase. They were really good and I would definitely recommend. Communication was always so quick and I never had to chase for updates. Compared to my prior solicitor who was really very slow indeed, working with Simon was an absolute breeze.
