Made a large and somewhat complicated enquiry at wepersonalise4u. Prices were broke down to give me an exact idea of what I'd be paying for as it was a personal project and cost was important.The team let me know about the image quality required and what would suit. A large order was made and delivered on time (despite my last minute request) . Quality couldn't be faulted and pricing was good. Excellent service even for personal orders and I can assume their standard is kept like this for their larger clients.

Adam took the time to connect and understand what I wanted, appreciate the artwork and discuss details of the end product. This was amazing given how busy he must be. He also ensured the order was completed within a tight time frame ready for the big day.I was thrilled to receive the T Shirts, each one of them beautifully printed and pressed to perfection.The T Shirts were always going to be masterpieces for me. Yet, what was impressive and thoughtful was a follow up email from Adam asking if I was happy with the outcome, explaining the technicalities of the process and offering a discount should I have any reservations. Of course, I responded to say that I was more than delighted and will be using them time and time again.

Made an order to place an embroidered logo on an expensive Patagonia jacket for a gift. Instructions were to place the centre of embroidered logo even with centre of Patagonia logo, and equal distance from the zipper. After an initial delay of delivery I went to collect the jacket to find that neither measurement was correct!? I sent an email with photos and got no response. I called and was told the owner would get back to me, and he never did. When I called again and got ahold of him his offer was to not charge me for putting the logo in the wrong place. His point of view was that it was still a nice jacket and would make a nice gift - even though our company logo is sitting too low and too close to the zipper - with absolutely no symmetry to the opposite logo whatsoever?? Now I have an expensive jacket I refuse to give as a gift because of an awkward logo placement, and the owner refused to cover any part of the cost of the jacket to make it right. Beware.
