We have used Farsight on & off for a number of years now, mainly to the great relationship we have with Heather there. We are using Heather's team a lot at present and her quick response to our requests and regular communication is a huge bonus!

I worked for this agency on a 3 day contract on a construction site which was fine by me but then told that it’s only 1 day and that the site is going all over the place and I shouldn’t come but the agency should know better as to why to put someone in a job miles apart from their house because there’s no communication either with the site manager and agency , he said I should come and then I got a call from the agency saying I shouldn’t. Please do better next time and pull your thing together

Bad. 4 years later and I am still owed £120 by this recruitment agency. Contrary to what they're saying, which is that I didn't work that day, I can solemnly swear that I did work that day, I worked hard that day getting a lot of work done in the boiling heat and was never paid for it. They say it's down to their client not releasing the hours but I was not working for their client that day, I was working for farsight recruitment and they're the ones who owe me the money!

I have worked for Farsight since April 2011 doing various roles within the company. Always had a good experience when working with Farsight. Heather McDonald's knowledge and attitude has always been appreciated. She has managed to provide us quality staff within a day's notice and is always upfront with details. I can't recommend their services enough.

I never have any issues when it comes to getting labour to site from Farsight and working with Paige Roome-hanson is a pleasure. She is always professional, polite and always willing to help anyway she can. Ive built a very good relationship in the time i have worked with her and i honestly believe she is an asset to farsight and the industry.Would reccommend to any firms looking for an honest and caring agency.

I applied for a weeks work in belfast via indeed, it is about an hours travel and i was told to keep my receipts and i will be reimbursed. A week later when i have completed the work they told me i will only be getting £9 in the form of tax relief.I only accepted the job as i was told the £40+ i spent on travel would be reimbursed.When i phone to resolve this all they told me was they are ‘sorry and this should not have happened’Absolute disgrace it wasnt worth my time at all and if they had of explained things properly i wouldnt have took the job at all

Unbelievable service from start to finish, the staff provided by Farsight were instrumental in shaving 2 months off the construction programme. They saved us substantial amount of money. We will continue to be very happy customers and wont look further than Farsight to deliver the staff that are of a quality needed to deliver rest of our portfolio.
