Very willing but arrived without the 30 minutes notice. Didn't have the piece our lock required so arranged to call back the following day. Their repairer arrived the following day, without prior notification again, they did have the piece we required but not the correct colour. We accepted it though. Nice chaps, it did resolve the problems in the end albeit not quite what we were after.

We owe these guys a Checkatrade review but should note that we were incredibly happy with them. Quick, low cost and very friendly. The fact that they sorted the problem without any drama (when another company had visited twice and given up on the job) speaks volumes.

Really great service from BM security locksmiths. Called back to quote quickly and had a locksmith before 5pm same day. Everything was explained properly, the locksmith was really friendly and helpful - overall a really great service! Highly recommend

We had to install several new office locks, and fix our main entry door that banged shut because the stalling seal/arm had eroded/aged. Steve is personable, and hard-working.BM Security are reliable, professional, prompt with communication, friendly, punctual, and good value for money. Always do a good job and explain everything in detail. Would highly recommend!

An external porch door, but another multi lock inner door. The inner door gearbox had broken internally. I contacted BM Security, and explained the situation. An engineer was assigned and attended, very professional , the problem was identified very quickly and arrangements were made to get a new locking part. The part was sorced by BM, an engineer attended and fitted a new lock mechanism . In all a very good service and I would recommend them.

I can highly recommend this company. Matt worked really hard on two very old and difficult doors and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working well and easy for my elderly mum to use.
