The staff and the service is very good but beware if you happen to be buying an HP laptop from them.I bought one on the 21st of may .It has a 12 month HP warranty when registering the product found out it had been registered with them in FebruaryReducing my HP warranty by 2months this was brand new all security seals etc in place.HP make you send in photos of original receipt etc loads of hassle.HP hinting Argos are at fault so buyer beware as God knows how have been pre registered by Argos.

Best shop in the world!Walk in, walk out. Never been in for more than five minutes. Reserve your items. It's so easy. And you get a an email receipt which is excellent. Great staff also. I go a few times each month.

Would just like to thank the staff in Argos in westhoughton sainsburys. So helpful and I couldn't believe when they said they are getting abuse from customers. Come on people they are only doing their job in what are difficult times and coming into contact with not nice customers is not needed

My elderly mother aged 79 ordered over the phone a washing machine. Last month. Money taken from her account. No delivery. She keeps ringing Argos only to hear automated message about delivery problems. I know its a difficult time for businesses. But to not make contact to an end user about an un delivered washing machine.Pretty poor effort to a vulnerable member of society.

Don’t be fooled by Argos super deals. Try to buy one and their always “out of stock” how they have been getting away with this for decades beggars belief. Best one is they are out of stock “in your area” when u ask for delivery, how the hell can they be out of stock for home delivery.

Bike for our 7yr old was ordered online to pick up on Saturday morning. Had to queue for 20 minutes despite not using Sainsbury and explaining we were collecting a bike from Argos and I am disabled. Only to be told the bike wasn’t there, and it would be 12pm or 4pm, so I returned again at 5.30 to be told again the bike hadn’t arrived, and now they don’t know when it will be. A very disappointed 7yr old and an annoyed dad who’s had 2 15 mile round trips in the process. Very poor Argos.

Wrong product in box from an online order, refund refused by person who gave me the wrong item and refused by the store manager. Terrible customer service and terrible customer experience. Will avoid in future
