Such a great chemist! I was at my mums today when her tablets were delivered from Dyes by such a lovely friendly lady who took the time to speak to mum and make sure she was ok. Telling her she would be on holiday next wk but someone else would deliver tablets. Its very reassuring for me and mum to have someone just keeping a watchful eye on things and just taking a few moments to chat. Thankyou very much.

Really kind staff who were incredibly helpful! Were the only place my mum could get the eye drops she was prescribed by the doctor as well, so clearly well stocked too!

This is an independent pharmacy, not tied to one wholesaler like the franchises. So if one wholesaler doesn’t have a medicine in, they can go elsewhere. Result is happy customers having needs met. The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Don’t be put off by the modest exterior!

Amazing! Most knowledgeable and friendly service I’ve had for years. Although first time we’ve popped in they spent time helping and advising us on a current issue. We will now move our prescriptions over to them and I highly recommend them for “kind service how it used to be”. And as an independent they have a much wider access to suppliers etc, a huge bonus. Thank You!

Exceptionally good Pharmacy. I drive half way across Norwich to have my prescriptions dispensed here because I know the pharmacists and staff can be totally trusted to get things right. Highly recommended.

Staff are always friendly and they are usually quite quick when dispensing prescriptions. The shop is very small so they only have a limited selection of essential items. So pleased they have now ditched the face masks too!
