Highly recommend these guys who were incredibly helpful when I had to replace my stolen phone. I got a great deal on a new handset and was supported through the sim swap and downloading my data from the cloud. Amazing service! Very friendly and kind. Could have charged me £80 for a batter port but repaired it instead. Very patient, and welcoming.

I initially went to iSmash, who were unable to help, and decided to chance the phone doctor based on the good reviews. Truly a gem of a shop down a little alley, amazing customer service : quick, well done, reasonably priced, no hard up-selling, just genuinely nice people. They even offered to share their stash of chocolate biscuits with me while I waited.

Excellent service from knowledgeable, courteous and professional people. I needed a new screen for my Motorola G50 phone and, predictably, no one else had this brand's parts in stock. I called the Canary Wharf branch and they directed me to London Bridge/Borough Market where I got same-day service. Good pricing as well.

Good service, quick turnaround. Though I don't really trust the quality of the OnePlus screen replacement (the bezel is a different shape and much bigger!)edit:further to my above comment, after a couple of months the phone is annoying to use at the best of times and almost unusable at the worst of times. the keyboard is a lot less responsive than anyone would reasonably expect, and my phone screen flashes like a strobe (at low brightness levels!) if i have any bright colours on it - making it impossible to use in a dark situation. Also the screen does not respond to brightness around it - so e.g. if i'm using it outside the screen is black because it has not turned the brightness up so I can see. Poor quality replacement overall, would not recommend (for OnePlus 7t anyways...)

Great service from Ammar. Dropped off my phone to repair a faulty usb c port and they had it fixed in 20 mins. If the part needed replacing down the line he said they'd just charge the difference in price rather than the full amount for the replacement.

I went to fone doctors to sell my old mobile and it was a very pleasant experience. The shop is professional and the people polite. I got a full report of my mobile's condition with the trade in value. I went to other shops as well to sell my old phone but fone doctors was the best decision I made. I would recommend it.

Replaced and put on a screen protector for me in 5 mins, really friendly and helpful service.
