updates: not as pleasant during my move out though..from my point of view, i moved in with 75/100 cleanliness, moved out at 85/100. got to pay the cleaning fee since it's not 100/100...Staff are helpful and friendly.as a new joiner of the country and city, the staff answered a lot of my basic questions with patience. their responds are prompt as well given we were handling this through our the busy december.The move in was smooth and satisfactory.

Places Birmingham is a very good agent. I have rented there for two years, during which many friendly and professionally staff helped me quickly solve all the problems related to the house, especially Chole and Jasmin. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay in Birmingham.

My first home / apartment in the UK was managed by Places Birmingham. During the move in, I received a box as a welcome gift containing a beer, a sanitizer (which I really liked!) and a bunch of different vouchers to start someone’s journey of starting a home. Chloe whom I constantly in contact with in case I have concerns whether setting up of utilities, following up a maintenance request and/or asking some general (sometimes silly) questions is very responsive and nice. When they need to inspect the apartment for a regular check, they also approach me nicely and give compliment as well (i.e, if you are keeping your apartment clean). Lastly, during move out - everything was smooth and they were very understanding of my situation. Because I need their referral for my next landlord/agent, they did the referral so quickly saving me some worry. And for the return of security deposit, they are also quick and does not charge you unconscionable amount or unnecessary charges (as long as the apartment you left is in the same state that you moved in!) Thanks so much for delivering a good service to your tenants. I was glad and lucky to live in a peaceful and safe space as well. Cheers!

Just had the most shocking experience on a trip to Birmingham from London. Went to this letting agency to find out whether they have any properties near Soho Road. I was surprised to be informed, by this elderly gentleman’ might be the owner, to go on Right Move. I tried to explain I have but because I am not from around here it is not helpful. The tone and the attitude, I can only deduce that either he was suggesting we are not welcome or there is something about Soho Road I didn’t know. Either way the impression I got was this was beneath them and there was no attempt to help. Do better if you are in the property business and don’t make assumptions about Customers who walk in! Abhorrent

I have recently finished my tendency at a flat where Places were the estate agents. They have a great system in reporting any issues and sort these out in a timely fashion. Whenever I have had to contact their team they have always been very friendly, professional and respectful. They have been by far the best estate agents I have had up to date.A great team that definitely deserves 5 stars!

We were new to England, and we got a wonderful experience with searching for a house here in Birmingham through places. They helped us in finding the house as per our needs,selecting the right wifi, helped us in setting up our accounts for electricity, council,etc. They also helped us in searching for stuff for setting up our houses. Special thanks to Jasmine and Fern for the overall experience. We also a gift from them when we moved in which was very very sweet of them.
