Maxpower did an Electric Installation Condition Report (EICR) which is a legal requirement for any new tenant renting your property. Maxpower was able to book us quickly and they did a very thorough job. Their price is a lot lower than other electrical company that do EICR.This EICR will be a legal requirement for all rental properties, whether you have new or existing tenants, starting April 2021 and I have already booked with Maxpower all my rental properties with existing tenants to be done first thing on April 2021 .I highly recommend them for your EICR.

We dealt with Barrie from Maxpower who was absolutely fantastic! He completed an electrical safety certificate on one of our larger properties and did so quickly, efficiently and very affordably! He was excellent at explaining the processes so I was in no doubt what he was involved with. He was extremely trustworthy and I was able to get on with my own work while he just cracked on! I would definitely recommend and look forward to working with Maxpower again!
