Experience was fantastic - we had a tight deadline for a printing job and Proactive were unbelievably quick at delivering the product without taking away from the quality of the product. For months we've been planning the new edition of our 100-page A4 Education Catalogue, and the final copies arrived with us (and our customers) today. The whole printing and mailing process (for which we've used Proactive again) has been a pain-free pleasure from the initial consultation and (very competitive) quote right through to the final printing. Josh Cockhill deserves a special mention as he's handled our job with patience and professionalism, even while we've umm-ed and ahh-ed over paper stock, page numbers, finish dates and mailout quantities. The finished magazine looks clean and tidy, delivery was swift, mailing has been perfectly executed and the finished product speaks for itself, as we hope our customers will also agree. We'll definitely come back to you for new editions in the future and look forward to bringing other business your way too.

We recently did a print and mail out to around 5,000 in our database with proactive. Josh was great throughout, this was the first time I've been tasked with something like this, and so having everything explained from start to finish was great! Proactive exceeded my expectations with the quality of print and the deadline of the project.
