Excellent service from a great local company. Had a front door and French doors fitted yesterday. Workmen arrived on time, did a fantastic job and left having cleared everything away. I highly recommend this firm.

Having recently moved into a 400 year old timber framed house, we decided it needed new windows. After contacting the Council to confirm any restrictions, we chose SSG for their experience and knowledge to fitting windows to old buildings. The initial survey was completed soon after with a follow up visit to confirm measurements and an in-depth and thorough check of all windows to be replaced and the detailed work to be undertaken.The office staff continuously kept us informed by phone or email and once the windows had been made, we were given a date for the work to start.Two fitters spent the next 4 days fitting 11 windows, which due to the nature of the building were not straight forward by any means. These two guys were pleasant, courteous and extremely hard working. They left everything clean and tidy each day. Several SSG managers came out to see the work being done.We are extremely pleased with the end result. The windows look great and we would have no hesitation in recommending SSG for replacement windows.

Can't speak highly enough of South Shropshire Glass and the service provided. I had a really difficult job for them, needed to add a top-spec all year round room onto an existing porch. Good advice and expertise to start with plus excellent customer care, saw the job completed within the timeframe quoted. Great care taken to ensure that porch, (built 5 years ago by another builder), and new room matched in style and materials - to such an extent that visitors can't believe it's new build. That's how well they've done the job. Good surrounding patio style finish rounded the job off well. Builders who actually turn up when they say they will - despite the weather - and friendly office staff who are always approachable with even the tiniest query. Definitely to be recommended.
