Do not buy anything from this place. Customer service is non existence and their jewellery is not of quality. Purchased a bracelet to the value of £59 and it broke within 2 days. Just fell off my wrist. They refused to give me a refund and to acknowledge that it was a quality problem. They allowed me to replace the bracelet and exactly the same thing happened, within a day or two is just fell off the wrist - Again. I returned asking for a refund AGAIN and they refused! They told me I could only change the broken bracelet for another bracelet for the last time and if it broke again there was nothing they could do. It is a scam. Do yourself a favour and buy something for yourself or loved one in another store. Avoid please!

worst place to buy jewellery.The owner is rude and treats the customers with disrespect!The items I bought are not qualitiative and when asked for exchanges the owner treats to badly!Do not trust this company!
