Absolutely quality service and very high standards you won't find anywhere else. Was well impressed with the deluxe valet and engine bay degreasing the entire engine bay looked like BMW had just put it straight in from the factory. Would definitely recommend if you have just got a new car which you feel is not to the standard of cleanliness JBS detailing will have it looking brand new!

Great job, real attention to detail

I would absolutely recommend going to James if you want your car looking after. I take my car for safe washes and hydrophobic coats, I go at least once a month and I am never disappointed.I wish I knew about him when I first got my new car, if I did, I would have absolutely booked a new car detail. Most times I go, he has a car in the lot which is is doing a detail on, looking at the areas he has worked on compared to where he hasn't is the difference between night and day!His prices are also very, very reasonable considering the finished product, and compared to other companies that will absolutely have your eyes out, and do a worse jobEvery time I go, James takes car to look after my car, and do a very thorough job!,I will absolutely not be going to any other detailer other than James for the future. I would highly recommend him

It's all in the detail and James is great at taking his time and getting it done right! I have had details, cleans, brakes fitted all sorts and trust James to do a perfect job everytime couldn't speak higher of his work and a great down to earth guy.

This chap is an absolute legend. I went to ALL the auto detailing places on the Elm in road area north Tyneside (there’s about 5 on that road) o also went to one noble street. All had a look and then would wait ages to get a quote and not heard back from most of them to book a date. There seems to be a craze for wrapping or paint protection so just got the impression of not booking for this in a Ferrari they’re not interested.James is so down to earth. Takes real pride in his work. Replied immediately to online request for a quote for ceramic coating - others would say need to bring car in etc etc - good to his word re quote. Was a bit of a wait to get booked in but totally worth it when done and it’s a sign of how good he is that there was a wait in my view.I’ve since taken the car for maintenance washes and again been great.Top bloke. Can’t recommend him enough. Easily the best I’ve used and would totally recommend
