They were unable to clean my daughter's white satin dress properly (similar to a bridesmaid or wedding dress). Firstly, they didn't tell me it was still stained before I paid £15. Secondly, after I inspected it in-store and they acknowledged it was still stained, they didn't offer even a partial refund. They shouldn't charge for the service in these circumstances.

A bit pricey but worth every penny. Needed my dress back the next day hey presto job done. Do not confuse this place with the one in Bexley village that's another story! Well done guys.

Outside it looks like a nice establishment to take care of quality items. I left my vintage Dolce&Gabbana jacket for dry cleaning, and to my deep disappointment, the designer stamp faded during the process. When I pointed this out to the worker, I was told that all the dry cleaning instructions on the label were followed. When I told them I was not satisfied, I was advised that if I have any problems with the faded designer stamp, I should contact Dolce&Gabbana and request them to get in touch with this dry cleaning service. This response seems to be a clear sign of avoiding responsibility and blatant disregard to understand the meaning of customer service. I hope that this was an isolated incident and the experience of bad luck on my behalf. However, I would recommend avoiding this dry cleaning service.

Hasnt been open for 2 months, no reason why. Haven't been able to collect my items. Phone disconnected. This is a terrible way to treat customers.

Overpriced, very disappointing result and unprofessional! After paying £9 for two stained small cushion covers, I cleaned them myself by soaking for one hour in cold water followed by a cold wash in my machine! The results were far superior than Hudson's! I understood that the colours may run so chemicals would not be used but putting them on very low degree cycle was next to useless! In future, if you know that you cannot clean an item, do not take the money!!!!
