Fantastic service from Sapphire and Heat Tech. She replaced the bathroom pump and re did the seals around the shower in very quick time. She had a pleasant no nonsense approach - would definitely use again.

Mark sorted out a boiler issue in lockdown guiding us step by step via whattsapp video. We also used his team for boiler servicing. Reliable, responsive, approachable and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Fantastic A* service.

Our boiler was very old and the central heating and hot water system was in need of a big overhaul. Mark visited our house to look at what needed doing and to discuss our requirements and to offer his suggestions. His explanation of the work required was clear and unambiguous. He suggested several options that we thought would be beneficial too. We received a written quotation that was detailed but clearly understandable. We accepted the quotation, and work started on the agreed date. The work was done quickly but not hastily, and in a professional and tidy manner, to the price quoted with no hidden extra costs. We had a slight problem but Mark came back and it was dealt with very quickly and in a well mannered way. We are very happy with the work done and would not hesitate in recommending Mark and Heat Tech.

I have used Heatech a number of times over the past few years and always found Mark and his team to be very efficient and professional.They know exactly what they need to do and just get on with it!The service is prompt and fairly priced.Heatech are my go to company for any heating or plumbing job and would certainly recommend them.

This company was recommended through a friend. I contacted Mark and he got someone out so quick. After his engineer left i then found another problem under my sink which was unrelated to the first problem. Mark himself ended up coming out another 2 times ON THE SAME DAY which i was not expecting at all. After having a nightmare morning trying to contact about 7 different plumbers he was a life saver. I cant thank Mark enough.

Expensive.Good work but Mark is a bit too sharp in negotiating.Don't settle for anything verbal as it may change later. It did for me and cost me more.Get everything clearly down in writing or you'll probably regret it.

Our heating/hot water system failed over the May bank holiday - no hot water. I phoned Mark at 8.30 am on Tuesday morning, and he arrived at our place at 9. 40, and had our problem solved and fixed in 40 minutes. You couldn't get better service than that, and I know he has a very full schedule.Mark also often has an apprentice with him ( this time a young woman) and is instructing and giving hands-on experience while he works. Other very experienced and skilled trades people who come to us will no longer have apprentices....... it's easier just to do the job, and the paper work is daunting. Some are nearing retirement and a lifetime of knowledge will go with them. So well done Mark for passing on your skills to the next generation.
