This company have been so great to me and really understanding. I ordered two hair vines which were both beautiful and looked exactly as they do online. I kept one and returned the other really easily. Emma was so friendly on the phone and my refund was issued quickly. I was then excited to wear my new purchase until a week ago when I had to change wedding dress due to world supply issues and suddenly my hair vine no longer matched! I emailed Emma to explain and she was really understanding and accepted as an act of goodwill my second return despite it being outside the 30 day returns period. Thank you Emma and thank you Bridalise, I will definitely be recommending to any brides-to-be!

Went to Bridalise for my prom dress with no idea of what I wanted .They took my measurements and provided me with several dresses of different styles to try on (some of which I tried on more than once), which was no problem to them at all .I eventually chose a beautiful 2 piece prom dress and they organised a seamstress to adjust the skirt length and tailor it to fit me .I could not ask for better service , they made my night really special as I felt like a princess .
