Jo emailed me at every step to let me know progress on my ring and even included pictures of it at different stages. Jo and the team were incredible throughout the process of ordering my wedding ring, they were quick to respond and helped ensure I got the perfect ring.I was able to order a wax mould to confirm the band would suit my engagement ring, the price of which was then deducted from the cost of my ring, which was a great service.I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my ring and service - thanks again!

Jeweller's Loupe handmake amazing ethical gold bands with a twist..! The England based team were very accomodating to requests to have an engraving and internal stone as well.We’re really happy with how our rings look and feel, the quality is excellent. We can't wait to get married and wear these perfect rings forever!

I ordered the ring prior to Christmas and asked for delivery in a much shorter time than the published lead time and it arrived as promised!. Its a lovely piece of jewellery which we are very happy with. Absolutely exceptional customer service: I ordered a wax resin ring at first, Jo helped me out tremendously with a ring sizer and I just received my ring which is absolutely beautiful and came in their lovely discreet on the outside, fancy and festive on the inside, packaging. 100% recommend this local, ethical, independent company!

I could not be happier with my ring and the friendly and personalised service I've had from Jewelers Loupe - from receiving a swift response to my initial enquiry, and a complementary ring-sizer popped in the post that same day, to taking delivery of my absolutely beautiful ring a few short weeks later, the team have been so lovely to exchange emails with, nothing was any trouble, and it made choosing and buying my wedding ring such a nice experience! I had the best experience with Jeweller's Loupe. Firstly, they tick all the boxes for being an ethical, British-based jewellers. Secondly, their advice and guidance was second-to-none. I was very indecisive about width of ring, but the fast responses via email and an excellent wax model option was very reassuring. Everyone I spoke to was super patient with me, and I cannot fault anything. I received my platinum twist wedding ring in the post last week. It's beautiful, and even better than I'd hoped. Quality and service fantastic.
