Very efficient, and helpful. They came promptly, provided a comprehensive report, and good advice. The work was carried out at our convenience and to good standard. They coordinated with the neighbour who caused the problem, and everything was resolved. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, as was their communication.

Right from the start I felt in safe hands with the team from Advance. Each person from Caroline in the office; to surveyor David; to the 2 guys that came out to do our job have been nothing short of superb. They were upfront with the costs and they worked with us to suit our timescales and we're happy to answer all our questions. From start to finish the APS team were great. Johnny in particular who facilitated all works was great at communicating throughout and understood / managed exactly what we were expecting.They completed damp proofing in every room in our house and also facilitated insulated plasterboard in two of our rooms which has made a big difference to the heating in our home.They were professional and efficient throughout, and at any point i was back in the home to see progress they were friendly & the house was always as tidy as it could have been which was appreciated.Great work and would recommend using them for related works in your home, its made a massive difference to our home.Thanks you
