We are so delighted with our parasol. There was a 6 week wait but it was well worth waiting for. Installation was neat, efficient and quick and the installer was very pleasant and polite. The parasol has transformed our garden giving us a roomy, shady space to sit in the heat of the sun. It gives us a feeling of luxury.Highly recommended.

Just want to say how happy we are with the Eclipse. We have a problematic location with strong breezes and no shade with a large patio. When it hit 30C+ last month it made the patio a usable area.The two chaps who came to fit did an exemplary job and left not an ounce of dust on the patio. Very impressive and it feels very secure.We've already had a couple of neighbours coming round to inspect and it has made a huge difference.

Wow, what a statement feature. We chose the Eclipse cantilever parasol and it is everything the website says it is. Really well constructed and an elegant design; also simple to erect and to fold away. We used the installation service and were so pleased; our installer drove half way down the country and ensured that we had the perfect position for our parasol before carrying out the installation. The work was carried out to a high standard; nothing was too much trouble. Instashade were really good throughout; from our initial enquires, answering our questions quickly and keeping us informed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Instashade to friends and colleagues. Just need the sun to come out again.

I do not normally give reviews however, if ever a company deserved to have a glowing review it is Instashade.I have had 4 Parasols from them, all of which are of the highest quality. Their communications throughout have been tremendous due to Amanda Percy of Sales & Marketing, who is highly efficient & pleasant to deal with.The Parasols were ordered at different times, but all arrived on schedule and were installed by their staff in a very professional & informative way. Top marks are well deserved.

Absolutely great company, I had two cafe series installed on my front patio and honestly they're absolutely great! From start to finish has been an absolute breeze working with these guys, they even came down from Manchester to Kent to install them! The staff went above and beyond for us as well, would definitely recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of Instashade. Their products are superb; extremely well designed and constructed and with a performance in use that more than lives up to its promise. Installation was completed with great care and all of the people that we dealt with were delightful.

I highly recommend this company - fantastic service from start to finish. We are fairly local so went to the office for a demonstration of the umbrella & they visited site to discuss positioning with our landscaper. Instashade installed the umbrella for a very reasonable price, the installer was lovely, meticulous & spent time explaining exactly how to operate the umbrella & care for it. Nothing has been too much trouble for this company. And we are also delighted with the product, very stylish & easy to operate.

I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. The customer service, care and commitment from the start was exceptional. The choosing and buying journey was very pleasurable. I am so pleased with my 4m Nova parasol, Chris who came and installed in my garden was extremely friendly, attentive, informative and took great care in the installation. The team are very knowledgeable about the product and the quality is outstanding.

Super impressed with my new cantilever eclipse parasol. Very strong and made to last. I had it installed so no need for bulky weights. The installers where a pleasure to deal with and well worth the extra money.

Very happy with the cafe series parasol. Ordered the octagonal shape for better coverage of a rectangular table.Its not perfect (having to add spacers took a lot of effort, it takes a while to get used to opening it - not quite effortless), but once up it provides great cover in the sun and rain.The optional cover is a must - great design to make it easy to put on and take off. You wouldn't want to be taking the parasol down every night.Expensive, but certainly feels like it will last a while. I would buy againJust need to work out how to stop the birds using it for target practice now.
