Ordered a car battery online for collection. Very good website with great selection of automotive items. Only one member of staff at counter on arrival, so a bit of a wait to get my order with 3 or 4 ahead of me in the queue.

Prices are great but the service instore is slow. Only one person serving, so you have to wait while he collect the previous customers items before you get served. A dedicated picker could speed thins up considerably.

I do not recommend it, every time I am in this store I hear that there are no parts, they will be tomorrow, I am coming tomorrow, I hear sorry they will be tomorrow because the driver did not arrive, the parts are available on the website and the store does not have them. it's good that they have oil for the engine because sometimes I have a shock that I'm not in the car shop but in a sandbox with children. It's like going to a bakery for bread and hearing please come tomorrow or after tomorrow. such a store may have my child. Level 1 to 10 is only 1. I have been going there for several years and I will not go there again
