Fantastic bunch of people. Good selection of vans at a competitive price.

Purchased a Peugeot Partner from Van Monster, told them it heavily pulled to the left and they said they will sort it. Arrives back and still pulls to the left. Phone them and are told that they have forgotten to track it, they have another go and still not right. Eventually swap the van for another, which arrives with an indicator bulb blown on the way to us". It actually has a body control fault with no lights on the front left at all. Ring and complain and they tell us to take it to Northgate leicester

Thanks for the van. Clutch needs replacing sorted it straight away. Somewhere that sticks to there warranty promise!

Great customer service great van I am over the moon and glad I spoke to you guys

Well this has turned into an awful customer service experience. We've brought 7 vans off van monster over thast 3 years or so and the last two have been HORRIFIC. Understand that vehicles have faults but VM sold us a van with an ongoing fault history - which then failed the first week we had it. So they made us drive the van to cannock, didn't give us a hire vhicle - kept the van for over a week and made us drive over to cannock again to pick it up. They didn't fix the problem however - just reset the fault so it didn't show. The next ime it failed - the Nice man from the AA came out and told us he's seen this van about 7 times before!! So we handed the van back to VM saying we wouldn't accept it unless the underlying fault was resolved. So we got a replacement van. So far we're about £3000 in on lost days, hire vans, new signwriting etc. And then the replacement fails - and we have to take that to cannock - and they say its fixed but this time the fault re-occurs within 16 miles - so we're told to take the van back to cannock...... you get the picture - A COMPLETE WASTE OF OUT TIME. Avoid them. Premium prices for dumpster level customer service.took it in, reset the fault and then gave us it back.

Gave me good information and valued my van for part ex. Nice vehicles in stock. Will be looking to buy soon so one of my options will be van monster to buy from.

Poor staffing choices especially them that clean them

Staff were great really helpful, happy to show and talk to us about different vans even though knowing we were not in a position to buy on that visit.
