Bus driver really RUDE and i will never use this company again. I have already phoned up and made a complaint and they did nothing and this was the same bus driver as the last time.

On 1st August the 211 bus didn't stop when I raised my hand at the motherwell station stop. When I emailed JMB, they ignored me. on 29th August, the bus didn't stop again. I emailed JMB, getting company owner Jennifer Bell. Over the course of the week that followed, Jennifer ignored me, refused to investigate, refused to provide evidence, lied to me about why she had ignored me, accused me of lying, and generally treated me like something she would find on the bottom of her shoe rather than a customer. In the end, she just told me, If you don't like it, don't use us. She was childish, ignorant, arrogant and rude in her manner and I can only assume her partner isn't aware of how despicable she is to customers and what a terrible representation she is of JMB travel. Having taken a minute to read some of the reviews online, I see there is a pattern of behaviour that starts with bus drivers not stopping for passengers and ends with a rude and discourteous service. A smarter woman would have paid attention to the feedback in an effort to see her local business flourish. Instead it felt like corresponding with a 12 year old. I guess JMB are doing well enough that they don't need to concern themselves with the growing number of complaints they seem to be getting recently

Stopped using this sorry excuse for a bus company. Have a couple of great drivers, the rest should be ashamed to call themselves professionals. Lucky if 1 in 10 buses are even close to the timetable. They are putting prices up. That was final straw for me. Company need to employ inspectors to keep drivers in line

absolutely joke had my 4 month baby with me the bus driver told us it was for a wedding we were attending told him the name and he agreed it was the right bus for it we then got on and he had left, everyone on the bus told us we were on the wrong bus i ask the driver if he could left us off he said no it’s your own fault deal with it left me and my 4 month stranded in newmains having to pay a £50 taxi home because of this driver telling me it’s the right bus absolute joke of a company do not recommend

227 bus went down to Abbotsford avenue on time but 30 mins later still not came back up to head towards Hamilton

Always on time and drivers are very pleasant and helpful. Great service!

I've just stood in wishaw for 40 minutes waiting on a bus and nothing arrived. On Tuesday it turned up ten mins earlier than timetabled so was just there and managed to get on it luckily. Today I got there at ten to five hoping to get on the timetabled 17.10 bus and allowing for time in case it was early again. By half past five with no sign of it I knew I'd then missed my connecting bus and had to ring a taxi which cost me over £12 to get home. Not happy at all, no point advertising bus times if you don't stick to them at all? Bad enough there is only hourly buses but to then not bother sticking to a timetable isn't a great service at all. Tried to call the company but no answer.
