Very little communication. Took my car there for repairs and they didn’t even look at it. Took it again they said they’ve done very little on it and told me it’s “too hard” and “take it somewhere else, I’m not bothered. It’s a pain really”. Not sure if he was having a bad day but my husband used them the other day and they passed an MOT with no wing mirror. We haven’t had a great experience, you get the impression his job would be ok if it wasn’t for customers.
